ELI TYMKIV - Backroads -
It was after a week-long New Years retreat to the mountains that some friends and I Decided to adventure before going back home.
Without a solid plan we took a chance and drove down some backroads that turned out to lead to some beautiful places which we haven't been to before.
We always go up to the mountains to explore, but this day was special.
We found a lake that was just magical. With perfect reflections and very "UNIEK" lighting.
The sun was teasing us from behind the clouds and there was no wind, insuring mirror reflections at the lake.
Never before had I seen a lake so still and so peaceful.
After the lake we took a hike to an isolated waterfall we had heard about. It was deep in the woods, down the slopes and seemed as though the cares of the outside world did not affect it.
When we finally reach the waterfall the sun was setting, making the waterfall explode with color
